Led Zeppelin will finally offer their music online starting next month. Of the music you buy, about how much of it do you download and how much do you buy on physical formats (CDs, vinyl, etc.)?
I buy most of my music on iTunes. I don't buy music very often though. I really have to like the music, well love the music before I buy it. So iTunes works great for me. I buy one song here, one song there. The last CD I bought was the Shins new CD. I listened to a it a few times, but then put it on my iPod and if it comes up on the shuffle play, I will listen. The last CD that I bought that I have listened to the most was Angels and Airwaves. If for some reason I forget my iPod and don't have it in the car, I will listen to that CD. Actually, it is the only CD I have in my car. I took the rest of them out. When their new CD comes out I will probably buy it without listening first. I am a loyal listener now and am looking forward to the new CD.

Why can't I stop listening to this CD?? I love it so much. Every song is good. I find myself going back to it all the time. It fits every mood I am in, happy, sad, depressed, lonely, optimistic, stressed, bored..etc. If you could wear mp3's out, they would about be there. According to iTunes, I have listened through it 53 times now. That doesn't count how many times I have listened to it on my car stereo and at home. That is just my work PC. I usually get sick of albums by this point, but not this one.
So I have seen a lot of "musical horoscopes" over the past few days, where people put their iPods on shuffle and the first 10 songs that come up are supposed to mean something magical. So I figured what they heck, lets give this a shot.
10. Sandbox Praise - Pax217 -- Good song, haven't listened to it in a while. Reminds me a of being a kid.
9. Homebrew (live) - 311 -- One of my favorite 311 songs.
8. Say it Loud - Sanctus Real -- Cool guys, cool song, they took my son up on stage with them once.
7. Silver - 311 --Another great song, on of my fave 311 songs.
6. Friendship - Tenacious D -- Funny song but true. Friendship is rare and I could use some good friends right now
5. All Over Me -The Benjamin Gate -- Song about God's love, shame they broke up
4. O Come all Ye Faithful - Amy Grant-- how did this song get on here?
3. Lord, Send me an Angel - White Stripes-- I am getting a religous theme here... strange.
2. Caress Me Down - Sublime -- Hmm I could use a hot woman caressing me down..
1. Perfect Situation - Weezer -- I think it sums it up, while things are going crazy in my life, I think it is is a perfect situation for me at this time.
So what does all that mean??? Hmmm, about as much as a horoscope in a newspaper I guess.
